General Terms and Conditions of Sale​

1. General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.  ​​

2. Services

2.1 Description of Services: We provide an immersive one-week camp/retreat for groups of 8 to 12 individuals, consisting of self-development, wellness, cultural and game activities. The seven-day experience will be hosted at the places indicated on the site, with the intervention of specialists as stated.

2.2 Service Delivery: We will deliver the services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

​3. Payment

3.1 Payment Terms: Payment for our services: a non-refundable deposit ("arrhes" in French) of 30% is due upon booking to reserve a spot and the remainder is to be paid at the latest 30 days prior to the beginning of the session. An email will be sent after payment of said arrhes (non-refundable deposit) for the payment of the remaining amount.

3.2 Late Payments: we offer payment plans, no late payment is tolerated.

​4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, remain our property.

​5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Exclusion of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.  

​6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.  

6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mediation and in court if not solvable otherwise.

​7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Us: We may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if you breach these Terms and Conditions and our code of conduct.

7.2 Termination by You: Once the retreat has started, you may choose to terminate the agreement by advising us immediately and in writing but you will lose all right to claim a refund. In case of Force Majeure, no refund as such will be issued but you will be given a coupon of the value of the retreat to be used against another retreat in the future.

7.3 Cancellation: Any cancellation request will be treated in the same way as a termination, according the terms stipulated above. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to bonjour@soulxplorers.com.
